I'm Win Myat Ko Ko, a performance marketing specialist based in Bangkok, with 9+ years in paid media execution, team leadership, and data analytics across Southeast Asia and APAC. I work across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, and bring an analytics depth in GA4, BigQuery, and R Programming that goes considerably further than most campaign managers are built for.
My career was built in agency life at Nexlabs, where I grew from managing campaigns to building the performance marketing practice from scratch: hiring and leading a team of six specialists, and managing multi-million USD media budgets across e-commerce, FMCG, SaaS, banking, and technology clients across Myanmar and APAC. What I developed there was not just channel expertise, but the discipline of running performance marketing as a function: audience strategy, analytics infrastructure, team leadership, and commercial outcomes working as one system.
Since 2021, I've been working at the APAC level with Cuttlefish Digital, leading the full digital growth strategy for two Asia-Pacific climate and energy media platforms. Starting from zero, we built the full performance ecosystem: SEO with 1,966% organic traffic growth over three years, paid audience distribution, newsletters at 14,000+ active subscribers, podcasts at 97,000+ average annual downloads, and paid channel audience segmentation that drove over 1,100% growth in key conversion events. These platforms are now cited in ministry briefings and international media. That outcome came from treating audience growth as a performance marketing problem, not a content one.
I think in systems rather than isolated campaigns, connecting paid channels, organic growth, audience segmentation, and analytics into a coherent machine rather than optimizing each channel in isolation. I believe the best performance marketing is fundamentally about clear thinking about people: how they find information, what earns their attention, and what motivates them to act.
Right now I'm particularly focused on AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) as an emerging frontier for performance and content teams, the evolution of programmatic in Southeast Asian markets, and building measurement infrastructure that survives platform-level changes in attribution, including original research into the relationship between traditional SEO traffic and AI search referrals.
